Tim Hansen

He has been practicing law since his admission to the bar in Wisconsin in 1983, followed by admission to the bar in Minnesota in 1984. He has been practicing in Rochester, Minnesota since 1985 concentrating in matters pertaining to real estate and small business. In that time, Tim has examined title and handled the closing of thousands of real estate and business transactions.

Tim is committed to providing personalized legal services in an effort to assure that his clients are well informed and enjoy a positive experience in the closing of their transaction. He conducts all closings himself in order to provide the best, most timely and useful advice to clients. Like a title company, we charge flat fees for most closing services pertaining to a residential real estate transaction or refinance. Unlike dealing with title companies, however, our clients have the additional benefit of legal advice available throughout the transaction typically at no additional charge.

Tim is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Olmsted County Bar Association. Tim has received the peer review rating of AV® from Martindale Hubbell®. An AV® certification mark is a significant rating accomplishment - a testament to the fact that his peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence. In addition, he is a qualified neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice and is currently listed on the Minnesota Civil Facilitative/Hybrid panel of the statewide Rule 114 neutrals roster. He is a long time title insurance agent for First American Title Insurance Company.
